005【Our Technical Capabilities_001】2024/08/06 This time, we will explain our technical capabilities focusing on the Banquel-type rotary engine [NR series] developed by Nitto Kousakusho Co., Ltd., specifically the rotor housing (hereafter referred to as "housing") and rotor, which have raised our company's profile. ☆ Introduction of Housing and Rotor These components are manufactured through total machining from materials. They cannot be completed in a single process and require several steps to reach the finished product. We consider the machining methods and sequences, and design and produce jigs for the machining. After setting the parts in the machine (jig) and completing the machining, we perform the task of removing them, which can lead to cumulative errors. Reducing these errors is also the strength of our jigs. ☆ Key Technical Points - Jig Design: We utilize our know-how in devising machining methods and jig design. - Minimization of Cumulative Errors: We devise jigs to reduce errors that occur when removing a part from the machine after one process and reattaching it for the next process. - Development Capability: We consistently handle everything from concept and design to prototype production, testing, mass production prototypes, mass production, and sales. ◎ We also welcome simple machining requests, so please feel free to consult with us.
